Pony Express Senior Apartments Vacaville

With the support of The City of Vacaville, PEP Housing has developed a 60-unit apartment complex for low income senior veterans. On-site features include a community room, wellness center, raised garden beds, landscaped areas with walking paths and a dog run.

Pony Express Senior Apartments has been fully funded with a CDLAC/TCAC 4% Tax Credit Award and Multifamily Housing Program funding.
