Thank you for your interest in PEP Housing! Our apartments are designed for seniors 62 years of age or older. Following are the steps necessary to become a resident at one of our properties. In order to be considered for an apartment, please follow these steps:

• Application/Initial Determination of Eligibility
• Assignment to the Wait List
• Verification (Credit, Criminal, and Background Check)
• Approval/Lease/Move In

**Please note our waitlist is currently closed (as of 11/1/19) for all properties except for Sun House in Ukiah and Orange Tree in Oroville.
