OUR MISSION
PEP Housing, a nonprofit organization, develops and manages quality affordable
housing and provides supportive services for older adults with limited incomes.
OUR HISTORY
1978: Petaluma clergy and community leaders concerned about the lack of affordable
housing that was safe and comfortable for seniors founded Petaluma Ecumenical Properties.
2023: Thanks to your support, “PEP Housing,” manages 21 affordable housing properties
with 671 apartments accommodating over 700 seniors and veterans with limited income,
with more properties in development.
OUR FUTURE
When the need is as great as a 5+ year waitlist for housing would indicate, our work is never
done; PEP Housing development staff is constantly on the lookout for opportunities to
develop new affordable housing projects.
Our goal is to bring quality affordable housing to communities that can benefit from our
successful affordable housing model and maintaining the lowest rental rates in the North Bay.
PEP Housing now serves five Northern California Counties including Sonoma, Marin, Solano,
Mendocino and Butte Counties.
